Intercom Rebrand

In 2019 we partnered with Instrument to bring our brand promise to life through an identity system that drives awareness, adoption, and expansion for Intercom as we move up market. I was tasked with art directing our customer photography as well as building out our brand guidelines. In order to portray our brand as credible and authentic we needed to invest in high quality portraits of real customers.
